Objectives

To create mutual understanding and to exchange good practices with experiences on implementation of Strategic Trade Control Enforcement among CLMVT countries, as well as to prepare for the WCO-ASEAN STC operation which will be conducted in 2020.

Participants

This workshop is designed for customs officers who are involved in
implementation of Strategic Trade Control Enforcement. The participant is highly encouraged, upon completion of the workshop, to be nominated as the National Contact Point for the WCO-ASEAN STC operation which will be conducted in 2020. In addition, each participant is expected to introduce good practices and share the latest information on the concerned matters of their administration with other participants through the workshop.

There is a total of 20 participants invited to the workshop including:

– 14 participants from Customs Administration in ASEAN countries

– 6 participants from the Thai Customs Department
